A very fast Rust tool that minifies, bundles and lowers modern CSS (nesting, oklch, color-mix and more) for the browsers you target.

A CSS parser, transformer, bundler and minifier written in Rust, using the same cssparser and selectors crates as Firefox. Its site reports minifying Bootstrap 4 in 4.16 ms against 544.81 ms for cssnano, with a smaller output.
Given your browser targets, it lowers modern syntax such as nesting, custom media queries, high-gamut colours like oklab() and display-p3, logical properties and newer selectors, and adds vendor prefixes. It also merges longhands, shortens colours and reduces calc().
It supports CSS modules with scoped classes, IDs, keyframes and custom properties, and composes. It ships as an npm package and a Rust crate, with an online playground.
